All pieces are hand assembled and made to order. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on order volume and production time. Orders will be shipped as soon as they are completed.
once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking info via Email. Please allow additional time during launches, holiday, or high-volume periods.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Please carefully review your order before purchasing to ensure you are selecting the correct size for your desired fit.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within three days of delivery and we will do our best to help.
